Mxstyles Shipping Policy

Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Economy: Ships within 9 days, arriving 10 business days after the order was placed.

Standard: Ships within 5 days, arriving 6 business days after the order was placed.

Preferred: Ships within 3 days, arriving 4 business days after the order was placed.

Expedited: Ships within 2 days, arriving 3 business days after the order was placed.

Express: Ships within 1 day, arriving 2 business days after the order was placed.

Items shipping directly from the vendor / brand and items on backorder will take longer, and this difference is noted on the item page. We’ll let you know throughout the checkout process if you’ve chosen one of these items before you pay for your order.

Mxstyles Return Policy

Dissatisfied with your purchase? No problem! If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase we'll provide a fast refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 90 days from receipt date, be in new unused condition and include original product packaging.

Return & Exchange Instructions:

  1. Sign in to your Mxstyles account within 90 days from the date your order arrives, go to your order history and follow the steps to set up a return.

    OR

  2. Contact us within 90 days from the date your package arrives for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Refunds:

Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. It can take 3 to 5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

Further Details:

  1. Mxstyles is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. We cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
  2. Before sending any item(s), you must go through the online return process or call to get prior authorization, regardless of reason, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Mxstyles cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. The RMA number should be written on the shipping label or visible on the shipping box.
  4. Please note that third-party shippers, such as UPS Store, FedEx Kinko's, Mailbox Etc., and similar companies, may add charges to normal ground shipping costs. Mx Styles does not reimburse these charges. Do not return any items COD; our returns department cannot accept COD returns.
  5. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.
  6. Digital products such as the following may not be refunded: E-Books, Courses or Programs.
  7. Custom items such as Custom Graphics, Customized Jerseys may not be returned.
  8. All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded. Exchanges or manufacturers defect are acceptable.
  9. In its discretion, Mxstyles may issue a store credit to a customer for a returned product. In that situation, the store credit will expire one year from issuance. All other store credits expire 90 days from issuance.
