ECONOMIC 1.5" WIDE TIE-DOWN SET WITH TOP SOFT LOOP HOOK, BOTTOM RUBBER COATED "S HOOK" WITH LOCKING SPRING. 

• Overall length is 70” x 1.5” (wide), made from abrasion resistant nylon webbing.
• All stitching is double stitched with square/cross with heavy duty nylon thread.
• Top soft loop extension with rubber coated “S” hook incorporated into design that protects your handlebars.
• Assembly strength is 1400lbs and a 400lb load limit.
